Message from Owner

Please help us find our baby boy. Rudy is a 2 year old, neutered & chipped, gray & black tabby. He was wearing a dark, navy blue, breakaway collar with moons & stars on it but no ID tag. He was last seen around 8pm on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 1915 Kaitlyn Drive Houston, TX 77049. We miss him very much but his baby sister misses him most of all, she cries out for him, won't play like she used to & often goes to their spot to nap without him. Please help us find him. If you see him please call

Cats dont wander far but they hide, get disoriented and dont respond to calls. place fliers on porches up and down block. talk to neighbors. post signs. I found my cat after 6 wks bc a neighbor 5 doors away called me when she spotted my cat in her front bushes where I had stood and called my cat dozens of times. The neighbor had kept the flier. Call for them when it's quiet.

Check on 24petconnect.com, they are linked to all the local shelters and you can search by your zip code. Call and physically go into the shelters to look for him.

Also try playing cats or kittens meowing on YouTube outside in your yard or in a window of your home. Check with neighbors as he may have been accidentally locked in a garage or shed.

Try putting something outside with your scent on it, worn socks seem to work best. If you have a garage put a bowl of food in there and leave the door open enough for him to get in. Although I am sure you have already done this, start searching immediately and keep looking. Look in bushes, under cars, and anywhere he can crawl into, they tend to stay close to home. Take a can of food with you and call his name or use whatever sound gets him to come to you. Search early morning, evenings with a flashlight, and late at night. Praying for his safe return home 🙏
