Trish Moore It's where lost/stray dogs are taken and they do a stray hold, so her dog would be safe until she got there to pick him up. It's incredibly sad that some great dogs do get euthanized because they don't do well in a shelter environment. Sadly, that's the reality because there are so many irresponsible and neglectful people who don't take care of their dogs, so they end up on the streets and in overcrowded shelters.

Awww, poor guy being out in this rainy weather. Report ASAP to Lucas County Canine Care and Control and keep checking back with them because they get dogs in every day. Put his food, water, treats and something with his scent on it outside your door to help him find his way back. Walk your other dog in the neighborhood so Iko might pick up the scent. Let your neighbors know that he's missing so they can be on the lookout for him. Post on Toledo and Surrounding Area Lost and Found Pet page, Still Missing Animal Welfare Group Facebook page, East Toledo Neighborhood Facebook page, and Oregon Community pages to get the word out. Sending prayers for sweet Iko to be safe and found quickly.
