Can you do the 10 stray hold? If you cannot do the stray hold, please take that baby to the shelter, find a rescue or find someone who can complete the stray hold. Very often, puppies are used as bait to train fighting dogs. The owners need and deserve time to locate their baby. I know the shelter is overflowing and hard choices are being made…BUT…lots of owners will go to the shelter to look for their missing animal.
