Freshly shaved down still same colors had blue shirt on that says “mommy’s prince” has a a collar that has lightning bulbs on it.

He is our sweet dog. We were out of town and had family friends dog sitting and he got out please let us know if you see him or find him. Like I said he was freshly shaved down due to some stickers that got stuck in his coat. Please help us bring him home. He was wearing his blue shirt and collar with lightning bulbs when he went missing.
