Message from Finder
I spotted these two dogs together, they seemed like a bonded pair. I gave them some food and water and they were both super friendly. Would not jump into my car so I called Animal Control. I searched kern county and saw the black Shepard was picked up, my heart is broken as that brown dog is still out there and now they are separated. He was a very sweet boy.
