Small black and white dog, no collar
Message from Finder
Scared and wet. Wouldn’t let me come close, even with treats. I tried to get close several times and it ran off each time I got anywhere near close so I tried at least getting it away from Hwy 15 and was last seen near South Park Mobile Home development. Poor little puppy was out in the thunderstorm.
