Very sweet little boy. Small in stature. Has about a 4 inch tail due to possible prior injury or birth defect. Has left ear tipped so definitely neutered through a TNR program. Definitely tooooo sweet and lovey to be a feral. Feral cats don’t let people touch them or get close. Stray cats have been accustomed to people prior to the cat being homeless. He LOVES pets and jumps into our laps even though we just met him! So definitely not feral. This little man has a home somewhere! He is in our backyard since we already have 4 cats of our own in the hse, but he has been interested in just walking inside. He doesn’t go far since we offer food and water.
