I am so sorry. If you haven’t, be sure to call Animal Control to file a missing pet report on dear Nala. Beware of all the online scammers offering fake pet detective or drone help. I pray your baby comes home soon. ♥️🐾🙏

Go out looking for kitty with a flashlight shining it under and behind All bushes and thing that are very near to you to see if you see a reflection of her eyes and under cars. Do this late PM and very early AM with someone that will be with you. And keep checking your doors in the wee hours of the day and night for her to appear. Can put food out at the door she slipped out at but again, keep checking the doors in the wee hours of the day and night.

My personal experience has been first securing other cats in another closed-off room, dimming/turning off most or all inside/outside lights and — if safe to do so and should be supervised — leaving doors (especially door/window escaped through) open/ajar in the very early morning (basically, need to camp out in room where door is ajar). (Cats have a keen wide-ranging/radius sense of smell; therefore, it is so important to get their familiar “home” scents into the airwaves.) Every time, my little escape artist has come bolting through the door between 3:00 — 5:00 AM. (NOTE: When he’s escaped and door is closed, he panics and takes off again — it is important they have a way in once they come out of hiding and make a mad dash for home.) Hopefully, if not used to being outdoors, NALA is very close by just scared to come out until it’s really dark and really quiet. Prayers for a quick safe return !!🙏🏻

Please consider to go door to door knocking asking if anyone has her or has seen her. Put out many fliers with a contact number to a person that is over seeing you and to help reach you, put fliers all around and tape fliers to doors to let people know she is lost and you are looking for her. But make sure to not get scammed to give money for emergency or vet care because that is what scammers are saying to get your bank info. to rob money off you, so beAware to this to not fall for that.
