🚨 Please do this today and everyday, first,if needed, print out a map of the neighborhood where the cat is lost. To map out your search, do a quick Google search for '[Your City or County Name] GIS property map'. Open the official .gov site, search your home address, and make sure the 'Parcels' and 'Addresses' layers are turned on. Use the map's built-in print button to export a detailed street map showing every house number on your block. Print a few copies so your search party can mark off exactly which houses have been checked or door-knocked. You want to give pet owners the exact name of what to look for, tell them to ask for a "Parcel Map with Address Labels" or a "Building Footprint Map."When they open their local government’s GIS page, the standard street map usually won't show house numbers right away. They have to explicitly turn them on.The Exact Map Layers They Need to Check:Inside the map's menu (usually a Layers or Map Content sidebar), they need to make sure these specific boxes are checked:Addresses / House Numbers: This overlays the actual numbers (like 142, 144, 146) directly onto the grid.Building Footprints: This draws the physical shape of the house or building so they can see backyards and structures.

Go around late at night calling them with food and flashlight to catch their eyes. Check around your neighborhood under houses and in small places where they may hide. Put stuff out that has yours and their scent on it. Hang flyers around for people to see. Check shelters and vets daily. Update chip info if they have a chip and its has not been update since a move. Ask neighbors to check in their garages incase they ended up trapped in one. I pray you get your baby back safe and soon.
