Hello this is my dog Monster and was last seen on the North River front during the Kipona festival wearing a red collar around the time of the fireworks. 9/06/2026. My dad took MY dog out and lost him. He is a very friendly dog but can be spooked since he is in an unfamiliar area. If you see him or find him please Message me!

I would check all the shelters around the area. If found, the person would take him close to their hometown rescue maybe. Speranza Animal Rescue, Cumberland Valley, Perry County, etc google the close ones and call.

You should put up posters all around the area where he went missing. Go to lostmydoggie.com and make free flyers get them out there ASAP. Check the Harrisburg Humane Society and the Harrisburg humane officer to see if he’s been reported as found. Does he have a microchip?

Janet Alfrieda yes that too, it’s also the area where he was lost. It was very busy with the festival and there’s possibly no way nobody saw him and grabbed him since he is very sweet !
