Black cat with a tiny white spot on neck

I found this cat outside my hse, shes microchipped but the name was Oliver and said as a boy, the vet says it’s a girl so I think the microchip was wrong. She is spayed and in good condition. Also looking for a loving home if she doesn’t have an owner.
