*UPDATE* Izzy is home safe I did check paperwork, saw pictures from the family, and she was happy to be home and safe in her kids' arms and ready for a nap.

*UPDATE* He name is Izzy Got her chip read a lil bit ago. Apparently she used to belong to an elderly woman that had to give her up to go to assisted living. The daughter of the lady that had to give her up is trying to find the new owners information. Her new family is a woman and her roughly 9 year old daughter.
