Message from Finder
I fed him outside until two months ago. He was bit by a raccoon so I had him treated at vet, neutered, and vaccinated. I've slowly introduced Toby to my cat (Harry) but Harry is aggressive to him. Toby is very sweet and playful. He uses litter box and hasn't urinated in the hse. I think he'd do better with a female cat. No idea if he was dumped or was lost. He deserves a perfect home.
