Puppy, Black fur with Mange so severe hair loss

I found this sweet boy on the bridge but couldn’t put this dog in my car as I had my two healthy dogs in the car already and wasn’t sure what kind of Mange he had. I am looking for him in hopes I can bring him back to SC with me, I just want to find this sweet baby.

Nelson R Thomas The Animal Control worker called me back and let me know he went out of his jurisdiction to check on the pin i sent him of the location, and he had been picked up. He was not at any shelter i called and the RCHS told me they couldn’t update me at all even if they do pick him up.
