Puppy, Black fur with Mange so severe hair loss

I found this sweet boy on the bridge but couldn’t put this dog in my car as I had my two healthy dogs in the car already and wasn’t sure what kind of Mange he had. I am looking for him in hopes I can bring him back to SC with me, I just want to find this sweet baby.

Trish Jones oh good!!! And yes, they usually are. It's sad. I hope that baby is found and you get it. There are so many people around here that dump animals, it infuriates me. I moved away from here not long after I graduated from high school. I had to move back to take care of my Daddy while he was dying. I have 3 dogs now that were abandoned and have found homes for 11 more. It's ridiculous!

Andrea Hamilton I spoke via text with a very kind gentleman who does the Animal Control pickups. The call center was very difficult and gave him the WRONG address from what I said but he went out of his jurisdiction to make sure he wasn’t where I left him. The Robeson County Shelter was so unhelpful.
