Puppy, Black fur with Mange so severe hair loss

I found this sweet boy on the bridge but couldn’t put this dog in my car as I had my two healthy dogs in the car already and wasn’t sure what kind of Mange he had. I am looking for him in hopes I can bring him back to SC with me, I just want to find this sweet baby.

Trish Jones I would seriously go and see for myself or maybe someone can for you. I would go if my car wasn't in the shop. I've heard too many stories of animal control not showing up when they were called around here!

It may not be mange, it could be that he has fleas so bad that he lost his hair and has a skin condition which they have a shampoo for that at PetSmart or Tractor Supply. My dog was in his kennel and had fleas and was losing hair, due to that and the heat. The vet gave me advantage flea and I washed him in that shampoo and he is well now. I keep him in the house now. We had sprayed the yard also. The heat entertains the fleas. My neighbor has two, (they are her pets,) goats also. She said they are treating them with flea also. She can't bring them in her house!
