My cockatiel recently got out and I got her back. Through the research I’ve done pet birds are likely to come back where they were lost somewhere around day 3. Put his cage outside, and at dusk and dawn walk around the area calling your baby how you usually would, and looking up in trees. Play his native bird call on your phone and listen to see if he calls back. From there you’ll know where he is and it’s much easier to lure him down. Don’t lose hope, birds are very, very smart, and remember most of the time they don’t mean to fly away. They just got to find their way back to you or somewhere safe. Goodluck.
