Message from Finder
Spotted this tuxedo cat today (10/4 at 3:30pm). Appears healthy, but did not let me approach. This was in westville in the empty lot behind the Citgo at 801 Whalley Ave, near Fitch Street. The cat is mostly black with white paws, mouth/chin, and chest. Does not appear in distress but wanted to make sure nobody's looking for them.
