I see the larger one often, and I just want to know if they actually belong to anybody and if I should be concerned and take them to a shelter.

I recently saw a post by a fellow who lost two cats that looked similar, per his post. I think it was on NextDoor; I am trying to find it. Have these cats been claimed or turned in to the shelter?
