Message from Finder
I DO NOT KNOW IF IT WAS A CHOW, THIS PHOTO IS OFF OF Facebook Saw this dog walking on the side of the highway heading towards Spalding county from Barnesville. I want to say we were in the Milner area. I could not stop or go back to get close to it. Tan in color with long hair. I could not see the face to confirm breed.
