What a sweet boy. Looks like he has been gone for almost a month. I am sure he is scared especially being an indoor cat. I have had cats my entire life. If they some how sneak out I automatically get a can of cat food and dry cat food container and beat the streets calling for them. They know my voice and shaking the dry food reminds them of their feeding time. Take a spoon and hitting the side of their bowls also makes that noise they know. I will do that every single day they are out there. I even put posters up in the last area seen. Go in person to the shelters. They are usually overcrowded so calling on the phone may not get true answers. I hope you find him.

Deva Spiking Great advice about the already worn laundry. Leaving his kitty litter outside is also a good idea.

Leave some of your laundry outside your home to help him find his way home by scent. Also leave a door, lower window, garage door cracked open enough for him to find a way back into the home. They normally try to get back inside the same way they got out. If he is scared, he may be moving at night when it is quieter and looking for a way back inside. Hope this helps 🙏
