This is my neighbors dog They have posted missing signs and reward posters everywhere even local grocery stores there were witnesses that Isabella was abducted I've looked every chance I can My only suggestion is to post some of the reward signs in various languages I hope Isabella is returned soon

It's odd a 15 part blind tiny yorkie can just take off. Nope I don't think so. Sounds like foul play.
