HArbor San Pedro shelter adopted her to someone even though she has been mine her whole life and Ìs owned and wanted.i have her dog pack family . She needs to be with us. They lied and changed her name moved hers around and hid all of her real info .they had me jumping through their hooosnand laying them and chasing her . They had her in eith lists twice rather than return her to me . They returned her mom and her sister to me. I paid for all 3 at the same time but as Ì called it they had motive’s . her name is Brown and she actively been lost since September. They change her name and her location so people don’t realize that she’s the same dog . Ì ahve her papers and her notices to redeem and all the “clerical errors” and emails and transcripts of the interactions and calls Ì had to endure over 5 months thay now are leading to an upcoming lawsuit. They sadly try so hard to outsmart and trick and trap the same people who are trusting them to help. They take advantage of people who don’t know any better and naively trust the path they carve for them. these people are public servants. They are there to help and regulate animals . They’re not the police and they have their own rules because it’s animal control and regukatin. They aren’t law enforcement . they’re have keep records of what they do so they make it look like it isn’t just to keep themsleves “legal”. You know how you can tell they’re in the wrong and breaking laws? They have more emails in the records than ecisarty. They devote more time and energy into not getting caus ghb then they do using it on doing the sfytwul right thibg and following the “ strict codes and ordinances “ i saw it live form their lobby while I begged for my dog . They documented “owners never showed up” inwas on the phone with a supervisor in the lobby with the staff at the shelter “Owner never came” good thing Theres a recording of the call dated and time stamped and I stated Ì was there and she stated her name

Check the surrounding shelters every day. Not just the one in your city. Someone may have picked the dog up and not live near you, and dropped the dog at the shelter near them. It’s easy to do, go on their websites and scan the pictures. Also, go in person sometimes they hold dogs in the back that are not in the pictures. And make sure you put posters up because not everyone’s on social media.

General information: Set up a scent station. Get a scent that the dog is familiar with out in front of the house. (EX. Worn clothing / shoes from family member dog lives with). Hang it out high so that the smell can travel and guide the dog back home. Keep an access point open in case the dog returns. Please post signs with the dogs' picture and your contact information on the sign. Post these signs all over as if someone spots your dog the person can contact you and provide a location of where the dog is. (Not everyone is on Social Media) Ask your neighbors to check their doorbell or house cameras (if applicable), sheds and garage. Call or go to the Animal Shelter in your area and tell them that your dog is missing and to see if it has been picked up.
