Description

Rebel is a black pitbull mix dog, he has some white on his chest and little on his toes. A couple years ago Rebel had surgery on his urethra and now pees from new area behind his male parts. This makes me really different and easy to tell is it’s my dog or not. He is friendly and gets easily scared.

Rebel has been missing for days now and I am extremely worried. Rebel has been my baby for 6 years now, the thought of him out there scared and confused really saddens me. Please if anyone has him or has seen him please reach out.

For submission to the public. To the Editor, The City of Seguin and Guadalupe County are actively violating the First Amendment by removing factual comments from their government-run websites. As the plaintiff in the federal civil rights case SA-24-CV-01201-JKP, I have experienced this censorship firsthand. The Seguin Police Department blocked factual comments I made regarding Sgt. Cavazos violating a subpoena in case 23-1166-CR-A. Guadalupe County suppressed comments detailing prior notice given to GCADC administrators about Cpl. Garcia’s sexual harassment in 2024. Furthermore, Sheriff Ray censored my comment exposing that while the GCSO reports an average of 1.5 to 2 rapes per month countywide, the three sexual assault charges against GCADC officers on July 10, 2026, exceeded that monthly total for the entire county. When government institutions block public comments, they do not do so because the information is false—they do it because the facts are undeniable, and the implications are devastating. This systemic suppression echoes the dystopian warnings of George Orwell, Aldous Huxley, Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, and Ayn Rand. Censorship in the public square is the first step toward absolute overreach. When a local government silences factual voices, it destroys the transparency required to keep all citizens free.
