Took this dog in to the vet in to check foret Chip has no Chip this dog was being chased by a coyote and a young man on his bicycle scared the coyote away and picked up the dog. It was very happy. It’s a male and it’s very sweet. It’s not fixed. I would like proof of the owner of the dog before I hand it over. He’s very tiny weighs only 2 1/2 pounds. We thought it was a puppy, but it’s over a year the vet said because it had tar on its teeth please I hope the owner sees this.
