Message from Owner
I found this dog roaming around Budlong he ran away from me but eventually ended up in someone’s front yard where I was able to catch him and put him on a leash. He is very skittish but very friendly with both dogs and humans. He is not chipped and not neutered. Had a collar on and the fur around his collar was very dirty I am unsure if that means he was leashed outside or he just hasn’t had a bath in a while.
