Um, there’s usually cats in my area but this sweet baby is a new cat that i’ve never seen before, I was wondering if anyone lost a cat?

The finder needs to take this cat in. Wow what a beauty. The finder need to take to a vet and scan for a chip and if the beauty has a chip the finder can call the owner tell them your beauty is here if not the vet sure will. If the finder can adopt this cat with no problem, wow they'll have compliments each time a company goes to their house with this Pure Beauty cat. Just beautiful. Or possible take the cat to ACCT Philly: At-Risk Cats They will find the beauty a Loving Forever Home in no time fast to for sure. He will get adopted out real fast over there because this cat is Regal and Majestic and So Beautiful.
