I found this puppy roaming around on Theta Pike near the end where it turns towards the Columbia neighborhoods around the quarry. I drove up and down the road and past the fork at Theta and could not find a residence within a reasonable distance of the location of finding the pupper. There was a black pickup truck that was parked and unoccupied. I waited to hear if voices were calling for the pup and I did not hear any. I also searched for any other puppies and did not find any. This puppy was quite easy to acquire and was not incredibly afraid of people. The puppy seems significantly malnourished and not taking care of.
