Named him Kevin for the rescue that took him, NAWS in Mokena. Owner was evicted, dog was left behind and then evicted either late the night before last or early yesterday morning. Kibble tossed onto the stoop and a plastic bowl that might have had water at one point. When I found him he was very thirsty and hungry and scared. NAWS will vet him and adopt him out if the owner doesn’t come forward. He wasn’t neutered or microchipped.
