Ava Strickland also Chuck Lively with Johnston County Animal Services can assist with finding the owner of this dog. He is the shelter manager & can advise you of the stray hold laws. JCAS has to approve stray hold outside of the shelter. Any questions about an owner showing up they can assist & may require you to turn the dog over to them.
