Do not give the dog to anyone! Take the dog to the Wake County Animal Shelter. They will place the dog with a rescue that will take care of its medical needs.

You have to be a really sick and heartless and cruel individual to ever let a dog get this way 💔

Please be sure to report to animal control as most owners look there first & they can advise of the stray hold required by law. Dog could have been missing a while. Thanks for helping this dog.
