Tracy O'Berry There’s no way that dog need to the turned over to a shelter especially if someone is willing to let it stay in their home. That poor baby has been traumatized enough and i doubt he/she could handle being thrown in a cold kennel. I mean let the shelter know u have the dog incase an owner comes up but it need a home and a warm bed and love.
