My son saw him when he was coming home and was able to secure him (we're on 36 and Brayton), and we'll take him to get him to get scanned for a microchip on the morning when they open but we CANNOT foster or keep him. We have 4 dogs already and one of them is very agressive toward other dogs. We have him separated in our laundry room for now.

If you find a dog PLEASE...... Keep it secure indoors and contact the shelter as soon as possible, to let them know you have the dog… That is the ONE place EVERY owner that cares looks, while many are not on social media or assume the worst. Also any Vet will check the dog for a chip for free. Thanks for helping the dog.

He is a very friendly male terrier and seems like he would definitely be someone's pet based on his behavior.
