Possible sighting this morning around 5:40 am, this morning while I was walking my dog we turned from Julian onto Milam going south. I noticed what looked like a white small dog like Snuggles, we took off after it but lost sight of it, we came back around but didn’t see it again maybe got underneath a car or some bushes. Area was On Milam st between Julian and 15th st.
