Description
Dutchess is 3 years old but she has a condition where she will be the same size for the rest of her life. She is all black with greenish/yellow eyes, she has a bald belly and bald ears which makes her so special…she loves to eat but she is very skittish when it comes to new people and loud noises.
Message from Owner
It has been a little over a week and we still have yet to find her so I’m trying this again in hopes of getting a better outcome. Even if someone found her and decided to keep her at least i would know she’s safe and comfortable.
