Tetiana Korobka they are allowed to roam but they are not allowed to be abandoned or neglected. Animal Control can come out and scan for a microchip. Roaming and being left behind or dropped off- how do we know?

Update: I brought this sweet girl to Cat’s Cradle RVA at Libbie & Broad PetSmart (5515 W Broad St, Richmond). They checked her for a microchip, but she doesn’t have one. They will take care of her paperwork, vaccinations, and medical needs, and then she will be available for adoption. She is very sweet, calm, affectionate, and loves being held and purring. If anyone is interested in adopting her, please contact Cat’s Cradle RVA. I’m so grateful to them for responding so quickly and helping her, and if you can, please consider donating to support the amazing work they do for cats in need. ❤️🐾

Tetiana Korobka OK thank you for telling me the face looked very much like the other one, but you’re right. The eyes are totally different.
