Barbara Jarett West Thank you! Our apartment management already contacted Animal Control about her. Unfortunately, Animal Control said they would not come out because cats are legally allowed to roam outdoors in Henrico County, so management said they could not do anything either. I’ve been feeding her and trying to find her owner or a safe home for her.

Call Animal Control ASAP in case someone has reported it missing and be sure to post this on Pawboost and other neighborhood websites too. Any veterinary clinic or can scan it for a microchip and if no one claims it, you can try to find it a home or turn it in to Animal Control where it will be neutered, vaccinated and put up for adoption. Please provide shelter, food and water until an owner emerges or it goes to a shelter. Thank you for posting and caring.
