Message from Finder
I saw this cat roaming near Ulta and Petco in College 20th Ave College point. I try to get close but there were too many cars. I went to Petco to buy food but when I came outside I was not able to find him. I have 5% charge and have no idea how to lure him to me so I can bring him home or vet to scan for a chip.
