Description

She's really sweet and friendly. Short coat, straight hair, golden brown with a slightly darker muzzle. Not the biggest dog, but I can't really tell how old she is. Slim build, but she may just be hungry. She looks like a pitty or related breed. Her ears and tail are uncropped. She has a touch of white under her neck, chin, and belly, and maybe her toes. She has a blue tattoo on her belly, so I believe she's fixed as well. She has a chip:56183

Message from Finder

Hello everyone, I came across the sweetest girl at the end of September, and I would really like to reunite her with her family. She's very friendly, and gentle, and good with kids. I reached out to the company that did her chip, and they called the family on file, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm hoping it's just a situation where they haven't checked their voicemail yet. I unfortunately can't take her in myself, but the thought of her going to a shelter makes me worried about what may happen to her if they don't locate her family either. Any and all information is greatly appreciated!

Laura Radtke I called the company that did her chip, and they reached out to the numbers they had on file for her family, but I've had no response yet. They left voicemails, sent an email, and I agreed to share my name and phone number, but no response yet. HomeAgain (the chip company) isn't allowed to share the info with me however. The number from the chip is a 15 digit one, so I didn't try texting it.

Lauracacc holds strays for 3 days if not chipped and 7 days if chipped to give a chance for owners a chance to pick up animals. after that animals are placed for adoption and are able to get pulled by rescues/fosters. Since animal control is a shelter they euthanize under circumstances such as behavior, illness, quality of life etc. just bc an animal goes to cacc they aren't immediately placed on euthanize list

NL Lozano that dog will never get out of cacc alive. They just killed 200+ cats for getting contagious pan leukemia. Who knows how many dogs were k!lled. The volunteers help but that's about it. My friend is CPD and will go to the earth's end to keep animals out of there and find them homes.
