He's familiar with the outside area, but stays around our hse and we bring him in at sunset. He is food-motivated. He may answer to his name and come up to you.

Oh no, so sorry guys, but Binx is smart. I have seen a black cat by me, but I am too far for him to be. Paymaster to secret lake?? If I see him again, I will call to him/her (not sure what to call him/her). Many many prayers for all of you.

Melissa St John I'm hoping that's a possibility of what's going on too. Thank you 🖤

Dawn M. Clark No, he isn't 😭 I've been doing so many check marks to make sure I'm doing all that I can. I'm checking all of the shelters daily, keeping out dirty laundry and his cat tower on the back deck area, calling him for dinner with canned food, talking with neighbors,...the list goes on and on. I've really been worried about the coyote and mountain lion activity.

He looks a lot like one of my kitties, except mine is a she and we live near 3rd gate. My kitty will be gone for days at a time and found neighbors who are sympathetic to her meow so they feed her. I hope your kitty likewise has simply found a benefactor and will eventually make his way back to you. 🙏
