Tiffany Savedra here are some tips that have worked many times before . Good luck Place some of your and your family's dirty clothing plus some of cats bedding/toys outside in yard or near house , a cat can follow the scent home from blocks away sometimes .. also check all culverts , up high in all trees , inside/on top/under all standing structures nearby .. a scared cat will find a place to hide and sometimes stay there for days .. also , are you sure the cat ran outside ? If not then check everywhere inside where a cat can fit ..my friends cat was missing for 5 days and on the 5th day found her stuck inside a closed drawer in her son's bedroom
