How heartbreaking maybe this precious baby got out and the owner is looking for their baby! Or maybe somebody just didn't want to deal with it so they just threw the puppy out! Such a sweet innocent soul!

Put up flyers in a very large area around where she was found. Any vet will check for a chip for free.
