Description

The cat is very handsome and well-groomed. He has smooth, fluffy black fur, bright green eyes, and large paws. He is quite a big, heavy cat with a very fluffy neck and a thick undercoat. There is a small patch of white fur under his chin. He is very affectionate and friendly. He allows himself to be touched and petted, but he can be a little cautious at first.

Message from Finder

This cat comes to our property every day. We assume he has a home because he looks very well cared for. He may belong to one of our neighbours, but I’m not sure. My English is not very good, so if you are trying to contact me, please send me a message rather than calling. I may not be able to answer the phone.

Are one of his eyes different than the other? Like a bit cloudy? Thank you

Looks like our Smokey. He went missing back in June from Heritage woods. If you see him again, call me 604-341-1525

Инна Роговец At first, this cat only came to our place occasionally, but then we started feeding her, and naturally, she started coming more and more often. Now she comes by several times a day! 😅 She’s even comfortable coming inside our house. At first she was a little scared, but now she just walks right in like she owns the place 😂 Of course, we don’t keep her inside because she isn’t our cat. But I really hope we can find her owners. Our own cat was also posted in that group — he’s white with blue eyes. Unfortunately, he went missing in June, and we still haven’t found him. 😔 I guess outdoor cats really are something else… they always seem to have their own plans! 😅

Polina Kaminskaia those black cats😅 I have one as well, but we desperately try to keep hem indoor... so far we are winning... but, he would never left his attempts to escape... that's why I always react on any posts like that... btw - I took that black cat in our neighborhood to the shelter once we were freshly moved to the neighborhood... he came to as and bagging to enter our house, we thought he was lost, but he just very friendly and love to ne a guest 😅

I’m trying to get in touch with the owner because I think this may be the same cat. I saw the original lost cat post, and later I saw the update saying that the cat had been found. This cat looks extremely similar, and there are a few things about him that make me think he could be the same one. I’d really like to contact the owner and compare some photos or other details, just to make sure.

Инна Роговец I saw this cat in a lost pet post before. He looks very similar to many other cats, but there is one cat in particular that he looks almost exactly like. The original post was about a missing cat, and later there was an update saying that the cat had been found. That’s why I’m wondering if the cat who keeps coming to my property could possibly be the same one.

He looks like cat from our neighborhood - Jervis st. close to the Michael's and Pome... He used to walk around the area all the time for around 3 years as I know... and I believe he knows the way home if he is it
