I had my dog stolen on Market & 6th St on July 20 around 2am I went inside the corner store while an older man was supposed to have been watching my cart with belongings in it and my little teacup Chihuahua sleeping inside. I was getting the man some stuff from the store and was also paying him cash to watch it for 5 min. When i came out of the store, the man and my cart with my belongings and little dog asleep in it were nowhere to be found. I don't believe that the thief was purposely targeting my dog, but rather my belongings I think he later discovered my dog in the stuff and was himself shocked but didn't return her. I was completely devastated, and am still torn apart. I can't imagine the stress my dog has went through and would do anything to get her back. I've been putting up flyers all over the Tenderloin District in hopes of hearing something, but have had no luck. Someone has also been taking down my flyers , which leads me to believe she is somewhere around very close by Please if you know anything, contact me at texting is preferred I would be extremely grateful
