His claws look like they were recently clipped; we found him during the flash flooding around 7/17 near Boeing Techport/Kelly Field with a severe tick and flea infestation. He has been treated and cleaned up. Vet estimates he was a stray for less than a week. Estimated to be 1 year old. Non aggressive and people/dog/child friendly.
