2 Female terrier mixes I'm guessing

This afternoon around 3:15pm my fiance found these little dogs hanging around the park and there were no people in sight. They were both wearing harnesses but there were no tags on either of them and they are not microchipped. I didn't have the heart to call animal control and have them put in a shelter over the weekend especially since it's a holiday weekend so we're taking care of them until we can find their family. They are both very sweet and love to cuddle. The smaller one I'm guessing is around 10 lb and the larger one I'm guessing is around 14 lb.

Please ask for proof of ownership. There are a lot of bad people out there who would claim these dogs as theirs. You can ask for a vet bill, pictures, etc.
