Description

Black or dark grey unaltered Great Dane with a white patch on his chest. Emaciated.

Message from Finder

I think that he was probably dumped. He kept looking frantically around for his human. I could tell that he wanted to come to me but was too frightened. I stayed for a long while with no luck.

I would love to try and help to catch him I’m good with Danes and gaining their trust as I’ve owned Danes before!

He should have water. There are streams around that area. Looks like food could help.

I live in Pfafftown. I shared your post about Great Dane. A friend of mine is a great animal lover. She reached out to me said her sister who lives on acreage and has had Great Danes before was interested in being the human for this Great Dane. If you have him and need a loving home. I believe this could be a great match.

Danes are so hard to gain their trust, especially if they’ve been dumped. He’ll act big and bad but he’s truly just a scardy cat.

Can someone place a bowl or food and water so he can eat and drink? Thanks to all who are trying to help him.

Someone please if you see this dog again try to contain it. Take it home with you so that it can be gotten back with its owner. If it’s running around and nobody tries to catch it it’s doing no good at all. Please try to capture the dog and keep him safe.
