Lisa Meyer She is probably very scared and found a very secure hiding spot as being outside is new to her. Sometimes the animal is so scared that you can be standing right above them calling out their name and they will not move - they are in a 'flight or fright' mode. They are just trying to keep themselves safe. Sharing a success story - one girl sprayed her perfume on the 4 tires of her car and the cat was found under the car. Please do not lose hope. Your cat will come to your voice versus a stranger. No day is a waste - she feels your energy looking for her. Praying for a successful outcome.

Suzan Reynolds thank you for that. I feel like today was a wasted day with no progress. Even though I didn't sleep last night and looked in every bush atleast 12 times im afraid I have to sleep tonight or I will be a mental case tomorrow. I have posters for tomorrow and will be knocking on doors. Thank you for reaching out with that good info. I feel so all alone looking for her. Everyone says they will help and then they dont.

General Information: Cats have a keen sense of smell. Set up a scent station. Hang clothes with your scent on it (Worn clothing from owner) high up outside so the familiar scent can travel and guide the cat back home. NO CAT BOX OR FOOD (as that attracts predators) . Ask your neighbors to check their yard/could be accidently stuck in their garage or shed. (If applicable) Check doorbell or home camera - or ask neighbors to check their camera. Post Fliers with a picture of the cat and your contact information in the area the cat went missing. Not everyone is on Social Media and posters have worked in that if spotted a location can be provided. If a cat is scared they make themselves safe by finding a good hiding spot and often times hide in silence. Look in bushes - bring a flashlight and look for shining eyes. Best time to find your cat is in the early morning hours when the noise level is low and they feel safe. Leave an access point open for the cat to return. This is important if they do come back in the middle of the night. Prayers your cat returns/ or is found safely. Beware of scammers.

She's probably really close. When it's kind of quiet, go outside with a flashlight and look under bushes etc.
