Vato Loco decided to take a stroll of the neighborhood yesterday and hasn't come . Vato is a silent cat, he's not deaf, he actually hears very well. He doesn't meow. He makes chirping noises to me, to everyone else, he remains quiet. He is extremely loving and friendly. He is chipped. He's wearing a blue collar with a light blue round bell on it. Vato is dark gray almost black and white. Has anyone seen him? Vato lives on Skagway Dr NE Rio Rancho NM. Please, please let me know. You might have to click on the pictures to see the whole picture.
