This little baby had a few collars around his neck they were tight so we cut them off. We put a new one on him. He's so sweet and listens very well. I'd hate for him to go to a shelter. I have 2 dogs of my own so I know how I would feel if my babies were missing. Please help me locate this precious babies owner. He's a sweet heart and very loving.
